So I always knew cleaning was important, but I didn't realise that this would apply to business as well 🧼
It turns out 'window cleaning' is a super high-value niche that can easily generate $70,000 of new business a month.
And it's not competitive at all!

So the niche we're looking at today is 'window cleaning Auckland.'
And this seems to be a strong niche around the world. In Sydney and Melbourne, we're seeing similar searches. In London, if we search 'Window Cleaners near me' this number explodes 💥
6,900 searches a month and a competition difficulty of zero.
So no matter where you are, this could be a great niche to go after.
And if we go back to Auckland, we can see that the top 5 competitors have 17 backlinks between them. Through building some location citations through Yellow, and other directories, we could easily pass that in a day.
And while the Google Ads are slightly more competitive than the last niche, there are still ads there that don't include phone numbers which means we can get some cost effective leads quickly.
And in the Google My Business local pack, we see only three businesses shown, one without any reviews at all.
So we're definitely going to be testing this niche out!
We start by creating a super simple landing page with plenty of call-to-actions.
And then we run a very small ad campaign to validate that people searching for this service, are actually keen to get in touch.
Google gives you $100 in free credit with new accounts so very quickly you can run some ads, and test to see if this is a winning niche before you invest any more time or money.
Also, something we just found out today, Google actually can even write the ads for you! The suggestions they give are incredible 🎉
I'll keep you posted over the coming few days on how this niche is turning out but the opportunity looks huge!
